Complaints and Returns
Right of withdrawal
Private persons may have a 14-day right of withdrawal or exchange when buying online. Return shipping costs are normally paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
If a product has been handled in a way that reduces its value and it can no longer be sold as new, you may be responsible for that decrease in value.
Return shipping
Always send returns with tracking. If a return is sent without tracking and the package is lost, the buyer is responsible for the shipment.
Returns from outside the EU may result in VAT, customs or handling costs. Such costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Return label
In some cases Teptron AB may be able to provide a return label. If a return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints
If a product is defective when you open the package, or if a fault occurs later, please contact us within reasonable time after discovering the fault. Private persons may have the right to complain for up to two years from the day the package was received, or longer if a longer warranty applies.
Customers should examine goods when received and report any defects within reasonable time.
Refunds and replacements
If the product is defective, we will refund reasonable return shipping costs and the amount paid for the damaged or wrongly delivered product, provided that we are not able to send a replacement product within a reasonable time.
Instructions
Contact us before sending a return or complaint. Returns and complaints without approved return confirmation or complaint number may not be accepted.
Use outer wrapping to protect the original product package, and wrap the parcel carefully to avoid transport damage.
