This Service Privacy Policy describes how Teptron AB collects, uses and protects information when you use Teptron software, applications or related services.

Definitions

Company means Teptron AB, Box 1009, 43213 Varberg, Sweden.

Application means software provided by Teptron AB for controlling compatible Teptron products.

Service means the Application and related support or online functionality provided by Teptron AB.

Personal Data means information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Information collected through the service

The Service may process information needed to provide device control, configuration, troubleshooting and support. This may include device model, app version, operating system version, technical logs, settings, support messages and contact details you provide.

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, respond to support requests, improve stability, diagnose technical issues, communicate important updates and comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis for processing

We do not sell or share your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Subject to applicable law, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated in a discriminatory way for exercising these rights.
